About Kory Mathis
I grew up and attended school in Upstate New York, during which time I developed a strong passion for all things web: design, code, and functionality. I spent several years creating websites from scratch for my friends and for myself, until I found work at a legitimate web and print design company. There, I was lucky enough to get paid for what I enjoyed doing, and began to quickly improve upon my designing and coding abilities.
Recently, I made the move from the East coast to the West coast, where I am now looking to put my skills with web design and developement to good use with an established web design company.
Skills and Services
I am fluent in writing valid HTML and CSS code; with those languages I can turn conceptualized designs into living, breathing websites that are Cross-Browser compatible. I am also able to utilize available PHP and jQuery libraries to add front-end development to any web-oriented project.
Apart from web design and development, I have experience in creating design for print media, in such applications as advertisements for newspaper and magazine, album artwork and t-shirt designs for performing artists.
